Pastor Usher is the founder of Next Level Beautiful Inc., a non-profit organization devoted to impacting the lives of women from all walks of life.

She has written several books, including “Next Level Beautiful – Possessing Beauty Beyond Pain ”and a daily devotional “Jumpstart”, along with workbooks and E- books. Pastor Usher continues to share the message of empowerment and transformation throughout the world with passion and boundless energy.
